User Experience Designer / Researcher

Hi! I’m a UX/UI designer with a strong focus on user research and human-centered design.

During my Master’s studies, I developed a deep understanding of how to empathize with users, conduct effective usability testing, and apply design thinking to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences. I believe in iterating through feedback and insights until the design truly works for the user. My thesis, which was nominated for the best thesis award, explored the role of conversational agents—such as chatbots and virtual assistants like ChatGPT—in enhancing decision-making in the workplace by making it faster and more accurate.

Client

During my Master’s studies, I had the opportunity to work on a project for La Factry, a school of creativity and innovation based in Montreal. Through this collaboration, I gained hands-on experience applying design thinking techniques to develop innovative, human-centered solutions. The project focused on exploring creative problem-solving methods to design tools that are both effective and engaging in workshop settings. Project Mandate was: How could they develop a “portfolio” of smart, creative, low-tech interactions and tools they could use in their workshops both in their space and in travelling sites?
